Monitly is a data tracking and monitoring platform that provides the following services:
- Data Access: Access to millions of datasets from World Data Bank, Eurostat, and government portals
- AI-Powered Insights: Artificial intelligence analysis of data to create personalized charts and insights
- Real-time Monitoring: Continuous tracking of selected datasets with automatic updates
- Semantic Search: Advanced search functionality to find relevant datasets based on natural language queries
- Chart Customization: Tools to create and customize data visualizations
- Data Export: Export capabilities for charts and data in various formats
- Notification System: Alerts when tracked data updates or changes occur
3. User Accounts and Registration
To access certain features of Monitly, users must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.
Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the service. Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monitly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our service.
Our total liability for any claims arising from the use of the service shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Monitly and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the service or violation of these terms.
10. Termination
Users may terminate their account at any time by contacting our support team. We may terminate or suspend accounts for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
Upon termination, users' access to the service will cease, and their data may be deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our service shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration as appropriate.
